Budapest Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years on Váci Road

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted news eu law community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
